[Tuder v Poulett]

Pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause, "Tuder v Poulett" the CREDITORS of MATTHEW TUDER, of Fort St. George in the East Indies, Merchant, deceased (who died in the month of December 1794?, at Fort St. George, aforesaid), are, by their Solicitor, on or before the 1st day of August, 1831, to come in and prove their Debts before James Trower, Esq. one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Southampton-buildings, Chancery-lane, London; or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded the benefit of the said order.
