[Old Bailey Sessions]

On Wednesday the Recorder made the report to his Majesty of the prisoners capitally convicted at the last Old Bailey Session, viz:—James Sturman 38, William Waters 24, Henry Barnes 20, James Roberts (alias Skelton) 24, Thomas Biggins 14, and James Richardson 14, for housebreaking. John Grant 29, for burglary. James Monds 23, and Elizabeth Graham 24, for forgery. Stephen Bird 27, Samuel Bohlen 18, Caroline Fitzmaurice 23, Rachel Oddy 24, William Horton 15, Charles Jones 26, Elizabeth Harris 25, Mary Mitchell 28, and Ann Davies 20, for stealing in a dwelling-house. All of whom were respited during his Majesty's pleasure.
