The June session for London and Middlesex commenced on Thursday morning before Mr. Justice James Parke, Mr. Justice Gaselee, the Lord Mayor, Aldermen, &c.
James Irving, aged 20, was indicted for giving, on the 24th of March last, Arthur M'Guinas a violent kick, of which he died. It was proved in evidence that the prisoner came to the deceased and told him that he should like to have a round with him, and then aimed a blow at him; a struggle ensued, in the course of which the injury which formed the ground of the indictment was inflicted.
The Jury found the prisoner Guilty of Manslaughter.
