Two persons, a man and a woman, prisoners in Maidstone gaol, have destroyed themselves by hanging. The woman was a prisoner for debt; the man was awaiting his trial for stealing a watch, and the Coroner's Jury, in both cases, returned a verdict of Temporary Derangement.
