A commission has been appointed to inquire into all the circumstances of the late riots at Bristol. It consists of the Lord Chancellor, Marquis of Lansdowne, Lord Durham, Duke of Beaufort and Devonshire, Marquis Wellesy, the Chief Justice of the Common Pleas, Mr. Justice Bosanquet, Mr. Justice Taunton, the Attorney General, Mr. Serjeant Wilde, Mr. Gurney, and Mr. Selwyn, K.C.
