[Parkes's Dover waggon]

On Thursday morning Parkes's Dover waggon was overturned while descending Blackheath-hill, in consequence of the driver neglecting to place the drag on the wheel. The waggon and its contents, which were French eggs, were broken to pieces, and two of the horses killed. Several poor women and children who were on the waggon, fortunately escaped without injury.
