The Duchess of Kent and Princess Victoria honoured Newport with a visit on Tuesday, and received an Address from the Corporation, to which the Duchess made a most gracious reply. Their Royal Highnesses went to West Cowes on Friday, and paid a visit to the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland.
