Industrial Female Home

Industrial Female Home, Mare Street, Hackney. Established 1850. Has especially for its objects the training young woman for domestic servants. It is under the care of two resident matrons, and of visiting ladies. There is accommodation for 20 inmates. Laundry work is taken in, and the young woman are taught household work. It is open for inspection every Thursday from the 11 to 3 o'clock. Application for admission to be made to the Matron.
