The Directors are gratified in being able to announce to the Public that they are able this year to declare a Bonus upon all Septennial Polices effected in the Fire Department, equal to a return of the original Premium.

And an abatement of 52 ½ per Cent. on the Premium of all Life Policies upon which five annual payments have been made, or an equivalent addition to the Policy, at the option of the Assured.

Life Policies effected before the 24th June next will participate in the Bonus one year earlier than if effected after that date. By order,
