July 5.---Charles Daley, free, charged by Capt. Clements, of the ship Ardent, with having stolen and offered for sale some stuffed birds, snakes, and other articles, of natural curiosity, his property. The prisoner had no plea to offer, except the usual prompt one on such occasions, that he had found them in his travels, and was therefore fully committed.
