Sheriff's Office, June , 1825.

In the Supreme Court. Payne v. Bacon. To be Sold by Auction, by Direction of the Sheriff, at his office, on Tuesday, the 26 Instant, at 12 o'clock at Noon, that desirable and valuable Farm, situate at Long Reef, about 30 miles from Sydney, containing 700 Acres of Land, to 20 of which are in Cultivation, and other Buildings thereon, and Conveniences for making and drying Salt, the Property of the above Defendant; unless this execution be previously satisfied. And on Thursday the 28th July, at 12 o'Clock at Noon, at the Public Market-place, Sydney, the following Live and Dead stock, also the Property of the above Defendant, viz. 2 Working Bullocks and Harness, Pigs, Poultry, a Cart, and various Farming Implements, a Quantity of Wheat and Maize, and sundry Household Furniture, that will be hereafter more particularly described.
