Ditto v. Bacon & Payne. To be Sold by Auction, by Direction of the Sheriff, on the Defendant's Premises, in George-street, Sydney, the 25th instant, at 11 o'Clock, all that capital Messuage and Premises, known by the name of the Wellington Arms, with the Brewery and Soap Manufactory attached, and the Whole of the Stock in Trade; consisting of beer, sugar, wheat, maize, hops, oil, &c. &c., the Property of the above Defendants, unless this execution be previously satisfied
