Sir Joseph Bazalgette, in a report he, has drawn up on the condition of the sewerage system of Brighton, gives it as his opinion that, with few slight exceptions, the general condition of the sewers of Brighton is satisfactory, and that there are no just grounds for assuming it to be in unhealthy place.
