[Buckingham House and York House]

Singular Coincidence.

Buckingham House and York House were pulled down at the same time, and were rebuilding at the same time. Near the completion of York Palace the Duke of York died; and near completion of Buckingham Palace, the king died. Both buildings, it appears, are likely to descend from Royal hands. York palace has been bought by the Marquis of Stafford; and Buckingham Palace, it is rumored, is to be given to the Duke of Northumberland, in consideration for Northumberland house, or it will be sold.
