Pawnbrokers' Charitable Institution

Pawnbrokers' Charitable Institution New London Hotel, Bridge Street, Blackfriars, established 1823, for providing almshouses and pensions for the aged and necessitous of the trade, and assistance of a temporary character, without regard to age. Every man and wife in the almshouses receive annually 26 and coals; a single man, 20; a single woman, 18.

Income for the past year about 900.
