Provident Clerks' Benevolent Fund

Provident Clerks' Benevolent Fund, 15, Moorgate Street, established 1840, for granting annuities to clerks who are members, their widows, and children. During the past year, £124 :13s. has been given in gratuities. There are now upon the funds ten clerks and forty-eight widows, receiving annuities from £20 to £30, amounting to £1,035 per annum.

Income during the year, £2,218: 12: 8, including interest on £9,000 funded property.
