Has an unassuming appearance. In the centre is a large area within a handsome iron railing, enclosing trees, shrubs, &c., which are too much neglected; and there is a pedestrian statute of Charles II., at the feet of which are figures emblematical of the River Thames, Trent, Severn, and Humber.
