ALL GROWING AT
Batt's Farm, near Mitcham,
LATE THE PROPERTY OF HENRY HOARE, ESQUIRE, DECEASED;
The principal part of which is HEDGE
Row Timber, of extraordinarily fine
growth, unusually full-headed,
AND ALL WITHIN A FEW HUNDRED YARDS OF THE TURNPIKE
ROAD BETWEEN MITCHAM AND SUTTON.
The situation of this Timber is such as to afford the
utmost facilities of either Land or Water Conveyance,
the Surrey Iron-Rail-Road and the Croydon Canal being
in the immediate neighbourhood, and the
nearest point of the River Thames at Wandsworth, not
more than five miles distant.

1 Eleven very large elm trees, numbered with white paint, from 1 to 11
inclusive, growing round the Farm Yard, and in the Barn Field

2 Thirteen ditto, numbered from 12 to 24 inclusive, growing in the Barn
Field, the Clover Field, Cookson's Mead, and the Slip N.
B. Several of the trees in the preceding lots are extraordinarily large.

3 Sixteen very large oak trees, full headed, from No. 1 to 16 both inclusive,
growing principally in the middle of the Barn Field

4 Twelve ditto, from No. 17 to 28 inclusive, growing in the second row
of the Barn Field, and in the adjoining Clover Field
