LOP, TOP, and BARK,

ALL GROWING AT

Batt's Farm, near Mitcham,

LATE THE PROPERTY OF HENRY HOARE, ESQUIRE, DECEASED;

The principal part of which is HEDGE Row Timber, of extraordinarily fine

growth, unusually full-headed,

AND ALL WITHIN A FEW HUNDRED YARDS OF THE TURNPIKE ROAD BETWEEN MITCHAM AND SUTTON.

The situation of this Timber is such as to afford the utmost facilities of either Land or Water Conveyance,
the Surrey Iron-Rail-Road and the Croydon Canal being in the immediate neighbourhood, and the
nearest point of the River Thames at Wandsworth, not more than five miles distant.
