The Properties described in the within Particulars of Sale are sold subject to all such rights, easements, incidents of tenure, or other rights (if any) as may affect the same.
The Plan is believed to be correct, and shall be so accepted by the several Purchasers.
The Vendors reserve the right of withdrawing any Lot or Lots at or before the auction, or of putting two or more Lots together in the Sale, or varying the Lotting, as they may desire.
Such Fixtures as belong to the Vendors will be included in the Sale.
