The will (dated March 7, 1878) of Mr. Walter Powell, M.P. for Malmesbury, late of Little Somerford, near Chippenham, Wilts, who died on or since Dec. 10 last at sea, was proved on the 8th inst. by Henry St. John Powell, the brother and sole executor, to whom he gives all his real and personal estate. The value of the personal estate amounting to nearly £40,000.
