All Saints, commonly Alhallows in Breadstreet, because its in that street, which was called Breadstreet, from a Market of Bread, formerly kept there, where all the Bakers were obliged by an Act, Anno Domini 1303, to sell their Bread. This Parish contains about 100 houses. Morning Pr. are on all Wednesdays and Fridays, in Lent only, and on all Holy Days in the Year at 11; a Weekly Lect. is preached here on every Thursday Evening at 4, from Michaelmas to Ladyday, and annual S. on St. James's Day, Jan. 30. and Nov. 5.
