On Wednesday morning the 9st. inst., Mrs. SMITH, wife of Mr. George Smith, of the Three Tuns public house, Deeping St. James, was delivered of twins, a boy and a girl; the former was born with one leg, and without arms lower than the elbows, yet is likely to live; the girl was a perfect child, but is dead.
