On the 21st inst. at St. Luke's Church, Chelsea, the Rev. C. J. GLYN, Rector of Witchampton?, Dorset, son of Sir R. C. Glyn, Bart. of Gaunts, Dorset, to AUGUSTA, daughter of J. GRANVILLE. Esq. of Cadogan place.

At Leghorn, in the British Chapel, A. HOMFRAY, M.D. son, of Sir J. Homfray, to EUSTATIA, daughter of Vice Admiral DONNELLY.

June 22, at Honiton. J. WEBBER, Esq. to SUSAN, fourth daughter of General CHURCHILL, lineal descendent of his Grace the great Duke of Marlborough.


DEATHS.

On the 21st last, at Wanstead, Essex, REBECCA, eldest daughter of the late J. PARIS, Esq.

On the 15th inst. at his residence, New King street, Bath, not less eminent for his integrity as a man than for his piety as a Christian. C. PHILLOTT, Esq. banker, having nearly completed the 85th year of his age.

On the 21st inst. at Grove house, Cheltenham, J. W. PAXTON, Esq. of the Hon. East India Company's Civil Service on the Bengal Establishment, aged 51 years.

At Brighton, ANN, the wife of T. S. HEWITT, of Claremont terrace, Pentonville.
